Jesus said "whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me". Our main charitable goals are as follows:
Provide food for the hungry
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations estimates that a total of 925 million people go hungry everyday. Most of the world’s hungry live in developing countries. 16 percent of the world's population were undernourished in 2010. We believe that physical food is just as important as spiritual food. Bethel Missions food shelter program will feed the starving people.
Improve health through free medical camps
Infectious diseases, such as malaria and tuberculosis, all but eradicated in most developed countries, continue to spread in the Third World. Through our free medical camps, poor people will have access to medical care.
Increase self-sufficiency through educational options
Based on enrollment data, about 72 million children of primary school age in the developing world were not in school in 2005; 57 percent of them were girls. These are regarded as optimistic numbers. We will help families send their children to school. Bethel Mission is helping many children to pay their school fees.
